Roundkart opened in 2015 while we were all in the wholesaler market. When we first started out, we only supplied products in bulk all over to ascertain the quality and life of products, we didn’t really know what direction to go in, and as a result, we felt Roundkart was lacking an identity. It wasn’t until September 2015 that we started experimenting with 48 Hour In-Home Service. we created a series of product that were chosen on the quality and feedback from our consumers which in turn were approved under Roundkart Select, people would be very interested in them as a service guarantee was in place no matter the brand which provide the manufacturer warranty. Then we noticed a big spike in views and favorites, and I realized that there were other people as excited about getting in-home service as we were providing it! From that point on, We decided to focus our energy on adding quality products to Roundkart database which could be easy to order and have DIY videos of products or assemble products themselves.
